In late 2024, we started studying the food and beverage market.

We observed customer behavior.

We explored different business models.

We tested ideas.

We developed menus.

We evaluated locations.

We experimented with different brand concepts and positioning strategies.

Some ideas looked promising.

Others didn’t.

Some concepts felt too narrow.

Others lacked long-term potential.

Rather than rushing to launch, we kept learning.
